Thank you for agreeing to speak at HETT Leaders’ Summit on 12th February, at the Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds.

On the Day - Key Information

Please ensure you arrive on-site at least one hour before your session. If you anticipate being late, contact a member of the Content Team as soon as possible.

The Museum is located at Leeds Dock and can be reached by water taxi from Leeds Train Station, by bus or train, and also has on-site parking for those arriving by car.

Venue-Specific Accessibility Information for Speakers

A dedicated speaker badge collection area will be available at the front of the event. Please collect your badge upon arrival.

After collecting your badge, proceed to the Speakers’ Lounge in the Vera Suite. You may leave coats, bags, and other large items there at your own risk.

Please arrive at your theatre for your session at 20 minutes before the start time.

A complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided for all attendees. Please join us for the Drinks Reception at 16:30 to network and relax after the sessions.

Must be in .pptx format and in 16:9 ratio

Any embedded media MUST be sent as a seperate file
